Focusing on channel growth, this is an exciting, newly created opportunity working closely with the operations, marketing, and sales teams to develop the marketing strategy and ultimately promote business growth and continue their high level of customer engagement. You will work closely with the General Manager to plan lead generation campaigns and increase market awareness.
      Job Description-
      analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
      assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications and operating systems

      providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
      providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
      preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
      monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance

    Key Responsibilities
    Work closely with the GM and leadership team to understand business unit objectives and develop channel marketing strategies
    Create and implement a channel growth action plan
    Develop brand awareness campaigns through social media, digital advertising, and email marketing Perform market research to analyse trends, understand the competitive position, understand product sales and help determine the level of demand for different products or services.  Productise tools, products, concepts, services and capabilities to create clear marketable commercial offerings.  Monitor, analyse and report on monthly channel profitability Manage, create and implement customer retention and customer acquisition business plans Utilise the CRM to implement an account management strategy
